Members in good standing of the MSDA are entitled to have a copy of the MSDA Bylaws and Policies - the governing regulations of the Association. If you wish to receive a copy of these documents, please contact Greg Buckler at 410-964-2880, ext 103 or greg@msda.com. 

Once your membership is confirmed,  you will be sent a copy via email.
