File a Complaint

As a patient, you can contact the Maryland State Dental Association Peer Review Coordinator to file a complaint. Once your complaint is received, it is reviewed to determine if the process is appropriate for your complaint. Records are then requested from the dentist and the complaint is assigned to a mediator to attempt resolution of the problem. The mediator will contact both you and the dentist to discuss the complaint.
