To ensure your information is correct throughout the tripartite community of ADA, MSDA, and your local component, please log in below and update your contact information. Please remember to populate your fax number and email address as well as your practice website. Most of the tripartite communication comes via email so that is vital to you knowing the most current information.

You will need your ADA number or username (if you have logged into the ADA site before) and password. If you do not know your ADA number, email MSDA Membership or call (410) 964-2880, option 2. If you do know your ADA number but don’t have your password, just do a reset, it will ask you a simple question to validate who you are.
