How to Register

All members of the dental team are welcome to participate in courses. Auxiliary Staff pay the MSDA Member rate.

Log-in Information
If you have never created an account through the ADA Registration System, you will need to do so.
Dentists - Use your ADA# to login. If you do not have your ADA #, please contact MSDA at 410-964-2880. Then click "Reset My Password" and the system will allow you to create a password and access the site. Once you have done this, you will only need to enter your ADA# and password to register for any other MSDA course in the future.
Auxiliary Staff - Press the "Create an Account" option and create a username and password.
REGISTER BY FAX OR MAIL - CLICK HERE
- Fax, Mail or Email your registration to the information on the bottom of the form.
- Please use one form per person.
- You will not receive a confirmation unless you request one.
Cancellations/Changes: All cancellations or changes to a course registration must be received in writing.
Confirmations: When you register online, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email. If you do not, please check your email spam folder.
NOTE:
The Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners does not accept practice management courses as credit towards Maryland license renewal. All MSDA courses list credit hours for each course. If you are unsure whether they are applicable towards license renewal, please contact MSDA.
